Let life happen

I've recently realised that I struggle to let life come at me. I try to control the narrative a little too often- from smaller to grander scales. And I always told myself it's a trait that's purely an outcome of my strong, independent character; it's fear. Fear of what? Still yet to understand. But one thing I know is that my new motto is to just 'let life happen'. There's a lot of beauty in that.
